Job Descriptions
l. OFFICE MANAGER
Responsibilities and obligations
- Introduce the business to nearby third parties, respond to questions from construction firms and individual property sellers, and be accountable for the team's performance in accordance with office standards.
- Run the business with an eye toward profitability; monitor sales; and keep spending under control.
- Participate in presentations and sales closing meetings with customers, organize viewing tours, choose the portfolio to be visited, and choose the responsible Real Estate Agent for the viewing tour, which is based on deals from other offices or partners.
- Create a work environment where the team will work with high motivation and high performance.
- Reconciliation, monitoring the progress of money collecting and sending invoices to construction firms and private property sellers.
- With the assistance of the operation manager, assess office performance and provide the team with feedback every three months.
- Preserve the passwords for all service tools that are assigned on his or her own, such as websites, advertisements, Skype, etc.; to safeguard their privacy without disclosing this information to outsiders.
- Monitor the rivals and assess their operations.
- Be in charge of adding new team members and letting contracts expire.
- Complete all technical and administrative tasks in the office.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Chairman based on your availability.
Essential background
- Strong knowledge of the English language.
- Effective coordination, execution, and communication abilities.
- Bachelor's degree.
- The ability to pay attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- The capacity to think creatively and solve problems.

- The capacity to prioritize tasks, and the ability to manage time well.
ll. SALES AGENT
Responsibilities and obligations
- Accompanying customers on the viewing tour, advising them regarding the suitability and worth of the property they are viewing, and putting forward purchase offers to prospective customers.
- Determining the demands of clients and their financial capacity to offer appropriate solutions.
- Advising clients on market conditions, contract negotiations, costs, mortgages, legal requirements, and related issues.
- Making the required documentation (contracts etc).
- Having knowledge of real estate markets .
- Making lists of real estate sales properties that contain details like the property's location, amenities, and pictures, among other things.
- Making sure that terms are met by reviewing purchase contracts and ensuring fair and honest business practices.
Essential background
- Prior real estate experience is recommended but not necessary.
- Turkish, to a certain extent, is the mother tongue of the following languages: English, Arabic, French, and German.
- Effective interpersonal abilities.
- Being proactive and cooperative.
- Ambitious and goal-oriented.
- Have an interest in working for us in the long term.
- Having a basic understanding of how to use Windows, MS Office, and the Internet.
- Hold a current driver's license.
- From 22 to 35 years old.
III. OPERATION TEAM
Responsibilities and obligations
- Establishing initial contact with clients, promptly handling incoming and outgoing client calls.
- Identifying the needs and desires of clients, doing your best to make information clear.
- Addressing grievances, offering suitable solutions and alternatives.
- Contact clients by phone, email, and social media to confirm account details.
- Offering guidance on corporate data.
- Using CRM to distribute, log, and track queries as well as to track items that need follow-up or the engagement of sales representatives.
- Monitoring and analysis.
- Using CRM to generate leads for new client accounts.
- Managing live chat on our websites.
Essential background
- Excellent command of Swedish, Dutch, French, German, or Persian in addition to English.
- Fluency in a foreign language (for one of the languages above).
- Knowledge of CRM technology.
- Effective verbal and telephone communication abilities.
- Effective coordination, communication, and execution abilities.
- Intensified effort, a strong sense of accountability, and the guts to take on problems.

IV. PORTFOLIO SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities and obligations
- Presenting offers and campaigns to potential sellers while ensuring portfolio diversity, advising sellers on the suitability and value of the properties they see.
- Advising vendors on the state of the market, pricing negotiations, mortgages, legal requirements, and related issues.
- Creation of required paperwork (contracts, etc.).
- Examining purchase agreements to confirm that conditions are met.
- To offer a fair and honest agreement and to sell the property to our business in accordance with our best price guarantee policy.
Essential background
- Prior real estate industry experience is recommended but not necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a solid knowledge of the English language.
- Initiative-taking and a team player.
- A professional, goal-oriented, and highly motivated outlook.
- Pursuing a long-term professional strategy.
- Capable of using Microsoft Office, Windows, and the Internet.
- Will work in an office or the field and be amenable to flexible hours.
