Development of the real estate sector in Turkey - March 2023

A total of 105,476 real estate was sold in March 2023, which is 21.4% less compared to the same month of the previous year. Istanbul ranks first with 18,166 house sales with a share of 17.2%, Ankara comes second with (11.4% share) and 12,023 total sales, and Antalya came third with (a 5.8% share) and 6,120 total sales. The provinces with the lowest number of sales were Ardahan with 23, Hakkari with 54, and Bayburt with 69 house sales.
