Development of the real estate sector in Turkey - December 2022

A total of 207,963 real estate was sold in December 2022, which is 8.2% less compared to the same month of the previous year. Istanbul ranks first with 36,744 house sales with a share of 17.7%, Ankara comes second with (7.9% share) and 16,365 total sales, and Antalya came third with(5.4% share) and 11,168 total sales. The province with the lowest number of sales was Ardahan with 58 house sales.
