Development of the real estate sector in Turkey - February 2022

A total of 97,587 real estate was sold in February 2022, which is 20.1% higher compared to the same month of the previous year. Istanbul ranks first with 18.752 house sales with a share of 19.2%, while Ankara comes second with (8.7% share) and 8,464 total sales, Izmir came third with(5.7% share) and 5,575 total sales.
