Istanbul ranks first with 18.752 house sales with a share of 19.2%, while Ankara comes second with (8.7% share) and 8,464 total sales, Izmir came third with(5.7% share) and 5,575 total sales.

In the January-February period, house sales increased by 22.5% compared to the same period of the previous year and became 185 thousand 893.

In the sale of second-hand real estate, a total of 68,690 second-hand houses were sold. Second-hand sales increased %21.6 compared to February 2021.

Real estate sales to foreigners in Turkey over the same month of the previous year increased %54.9, House sales to foreigners had 4.7% share of all house sales in February, The most popular cities: Istanbul, Antalya, Ankara.
