Development of the real estate sector in Turkey - January 2021

A total of 70,587 real estate were sold in January 2021, which is 37,9% lower than January 2020. Istanbul ranks first with 13,666 house sales with a share of 19.4%, while Ankara comes second with (9.4% share) and 6,635 total sales, Izmir came third with(5.8% share) and 4,063 total sales.
