22,268 houses were sold for the first time ( new construction sales ). The number of homes sold for the first time decreased %38,2 compared to January 2020. of all home sales new real estate sales share in Turkey %31,5 (January 2020: %31,7 ). Istanbul had the largest share in new construction sales, followed by Ankara and Izmir.

In the sale of second-hand real estate, a total of 48,319 second-hand houses were sold. Second-hand sales fell %37,7 compared to January 2020.
