Development of the real estate sector in Turkey - April 2019

In April, 84,403 properties were sold, 18,1% less than in April of the previous year. Istanbul took first place with 15,481 transfers and a share of 18,3%, followed by Ankara with 7,519 (8,9%) and Izmir with 4,797 transfers (5,7%).
