Development of the real estate sector in Turkey - September 2022

A total of 113,402 real estate was sold in September 2022, which is 22.9% less compared to the same month of the previous year. Istanbul ranks first with 19.089 house sales with a share of 16.8%, while Ankara comes second with (7.8% share) and 8,812 total sales, Izmir came third with(a 5.6% share) and 6,338 total sales.
