Development of the real estate sector in Turkey - August 2022

A total of 123,491 real estate was sold in August 2022, which is 12.7% less compared to the same month of the previous year. Istanbul ranks first with 18.485 house sales with a share of 15.0%, while Ankara comes second with (a 7.9% share) and97,736 total sales, Izmir came third with(a 5.2% share) and 6,395 total sales.
