Development of the real estate sector in Turkey - July 2022

A total of 93,902 real estate was sold in July 2022, which is 12.9% less compared to the same month of the previous year. Istanbul ranks first with 14.350 house sales with a share of 15.3%, while Ankara comes second with (7.9% share) and 7,417 total sales, Izmir came third with(5.2% share) and 4,868 total sales.
