Development of the real estate sector in Turkey - June 2022

A total of 150,509 real estate was sold in June 2022, which is 11.7% higher compared to the same month of the previous year. Istanbul ranks first with 27.998 house sales with a share of 18.6%, while Ankara comes second with (8.8% share) and 13,303 total sales, Izmir came third with(5.5% share) and 8,243 total sales.
