Development of the real estate sector in Turkey - January 2022

A total of 88,306 real estate was sold in January 2022, which is 25.1% higher compared to the same month of the previous year. Istanbul ranks first with 15.110 house sales with a share of 17.1%, while Ankara comes second with (9.3% share) and 8,255 total sales, Izmir came third with(6.2% share) and 5,486 total sales.
