Development of the real estate sector in Turkey - December 2021

A total of 491,856 real estate were sold in 2021, which is 0,5% less than 2020. Istanbul ranks first with 276.223 house sales with a share of 18.5%, while Ankara comes second with (9.7% share) and 144,104 total sales, Izmir came third with(5.8% share) and 86,722 total sales.
