Development of the real estate sector in Turkey - August 2021

A total of 141,400 real estate were sold in August 2021, which is 17,0% less than August 2020. Istanbul ranks first with 24.286 house sales with a share of 17.2%, while Ankara comes second with (9.6% share) and 13,642 total sales, Izmir came third with(5.5% share) and 7,731 total sales.
