Development of the real estate sector in Turkey - April 2021

A total of 95,863 real estate were sold in April 2021, which is 124,1% higher than April 2020. Istanbul ranks first with 19,260 house sales with a share of 20.1%, while Ankara comes second with (9.5% share) and 9,126 total sales, Izmir came third with(5.7% share) and 5,505 total sales.
