Development of the real estate sector in Turkey - March 2021

A total of 111,241 real estate were sold in March 2021, which is 2,4% higher than March 2020. Istanbul ranks first with 22,007 house sales with a share of 19.8%, while Ankara comes second with (9.9% share) and 11,003 total sales, Izmir came third with(6.0% share) and 6,636 total sales.
