93 thousand 902 houses were sold in Türkiye. In Türkiye, house sales increased by 17.3% in February compared to the same month of the previous year and became 93 thousand 902. İstanbul had the highest share with 17.4% and 16 thousand 344 house sales. The followers of İstanbul were Ankara with 8 thousand 300 house sales and İzmir with 5 thousand 168 house sales with the share of 8.8% and 5.5% respectively. The provinces with the lowest number of sales were Ardahan with 18, Tunceli with 45 and Bayburt with 51 house sales.

In January 2024, the total number of houses sold in Turkey reached 80,308, marking a 17.8% decrease from the previous year. Istanbul led the sales with 13,423 houses, accounting for 16.7% of the total sales, followed by Ankara with 6,709 sales (8.4% share), and Antalya with 5,250 sales (6.5% share). The least number of sales were recorded in Ardahan with 17, Hakkari with 38, and Bayburt with 40 house sales.

In December 2023, a total of 93,514 houses were sold in Turkey, marking a 17.5% decrease compared to the same month of the previous year. Istanbul led the sales with 198 thousand 739 houses, accounting for 16.2% of total sales, followed by Ankara with 114 thousand 432 sales (9.3% share), and İzmir with 65 thousand 465 sales (5.3% share). The provinces with the lowest number of sales were Ardahan with 426, Hakkari with 501 and Tunceli with 970 house sales.
