New and Existing House Sales
New house sales increased by 23.1% compared to June 2025, reaching 43,406 units. New house sales accounted for 33.4% of all house sales.
Existing house sales increased by 12.5% to 86,573 units, representing 66.6% of total house sales.
During the January–June 2026 period, new house sales increased by 0.8% to 221,487 units, while existing house sales decreased by 4.8% to 478,029 units.
Mortgaged and Other House Sales
Mortgaged house sales increased by 72.1% compared to the same month of the previous year and reached 25,993 units. Mortgaged transactions accounted for 20.0% of all house sales.
Other house sales increased by 7.1% to 103,986 units, accounting for 80.0% of total sales.
During the January–June 2026 period, mortgaged house sales increased by 32.2% to 142,794 units, while other house sales decreased by 9.3% to 556,722 units.
Calendar-Adjusted House Sales
According to calendar-adjusted data, new house sales decreased by 1.5%, while existing house sales decreased by 8.6% compared to the same month of the previous year.
According to seasonally and calendar-adjusted data, new house sales increased by 2.3%, while existing house sales increased by 0.9% compared to the previous month.
House Sales to Foreigners
A total of 2,015 houses were sold to foreign buyers in June 2026, representing an increase of 20.1% compared to June 2025. Sales to foreigners accounted for 1.6% of all house sales.
During the January–June 2026 period, house sales to foreigners decreased by 9.2% compared to the same period of the previous year and reached 9,083 units.
By nationality, the highest number of purchases in June was made by citizens of the Russian Federation with 381 sales, followed by Ukraine and Iran with 170 sales each.

New and Existing Commercial Property Sales
New commercial property sales increased by 30.8% compared to June 2025 and reached 5,126 units.
Existing commercial property sales increased by 14.6% to 11,439 units.
During the January–June 2026 period, new commercial property sales decreased by 0.5% to 23,894 units, while existing commercial property sales decreased by 7.0% to 61,634 units.
Mortgaged and Other Commercial Property Sales
Mortgaged commercial property sales increased by 86.7% compared to the same month of the previous year and reached 745 units.
Other commercial property sales increased by 17.2% to 15,820 units.
During the January–June 2026 period, mortgaged commercial property sales increased by 66.6% to 4,005 units, while other commercial property sales decreased by 7.3% to 81,523 units.
Calendar-Adjusted Commercial Property Sales
According to calendar-adjusted data, new commercial property sales increased by 4.9%, while existing commercial property sales decreased by 6.6% compared to the same month of the previous year.
According to seasonally and calendar-adjusted data, new commercial property sales increased by 4.0%, while existing commercial property sales increased by 1.4% compared to the previous month.
