• Prior real estate experience is recommended but not necessary.

• Escorting potential buyers on the viewing tour.
• Giving them advice regarding the suitability and worth of the place they are visiting.
• Offering potential purchasers buying options.
• Determining clients' demands and financial capacity to offer appropriate solutions.
• Contact clients by phone, email, and social media to confirm account details.
• Giving clients advice on market conditions, contract negotiations, costs, mortgages, legal requirements, and related topics.
• Putting together the required papers (contracts etc).
• Being knowledgeable about the housing market.
• Making listings of available real estate properties that contain details such as location, amenities, pictures, etc.
• Checking the provisions of purchasing agreements.
• Making sure transactions are honest and fair.
