New and Existing House Sales

New house sales decreased by 8.6% compared to July 2025, reaching 42,529 units. New house sales accounted for 34.4% of all house sales.

Existing house sales decreased by 20.8% to 81,074 units, representing 65.6% of total house sales.

During the January–July 2026 period, new house sales decreased by 0.8% to 264,016 units, while existing house sales decreased by 7.5% to 559,103 units.

Mortgaged and Other House Sales

Mortgaged house sales increased by 23.7% compared to the same month of the previous year and reached 23,888 units. Mortgaged transactions accounted for 19.3% of all house sales.

Other house sales decreased by 23.1% to 99,715 units, accounting for 80.7% of total sales.

During the January–July 2026 period, mortgaged house sales increased by 30.9% to 166,682 units, while other house sales decreased by 11.7% to 656,437 units.

Calendar-Adjusted House Sales

According to calendar-adjusted data, new house sales decreased by 8.6%, while existing house sales decreased by 20.9% compared to the same month of the previous year.

According to seasonally and calendar-adjusted data, new house sales decreased by 5.1%, while existing house sales decreased by 5.4% compared to the previous month.

House Sales to Foreigners

A total of 2,120 houses were sold to foreign buyers in July 2026, representing an increase of 1.9% compared to July 2025. Sales to foreigners accounted for 1.7% of all house sales.

During the January–July 2026 period, house sales to foreigners decreased by 7.3% compared to the same period of the previous year and reached 11,203 units.

By nationality, the highest number of purchases in July was made by citizens of the Russian Federation with 394 sales, followed by Iran with 189 sales and Ukraine with 145 sales.

New commercial property sales increased by 16.4% compared to July 2025 and reached 5,777 units.

Existing commercial property sales decreased by 12.2% to 10,956 units.

During the January–July 2026 period, new commercial property sales increased by 2.4% to 29,671 units, while existing commercial property sales decreased by 7.9% to 72,590 units.

Mortgaged and Other Commercial Property Sales

Mortgaged commercial property sales increased by 57.6% compared to the same month of the previous year and reached 695 units.

Other commercial property sales decreased by 5.7% to 16,038 units.

During the January–July 2026 period, mortgaged commercial property sales increased by 65.2% to 4,700 units, while other commercial property sales decreased by 7.0% to 97,561 units.

Calendar-Adjusted Commercial Property Sales

According to calendar-adjusted data, new commercial property sales increased by 16.5%, while existing commercial property sales decreased by 12.2% compared to the same month of the previous year.

According to seasonally and calendar-adjusted data, new commercial property sales increased by 8.2%, while existing commercial property sales decreased by 3.1% compared to the previous month.
