In Türkiye, house sales increased by 39.7% in January compared to the same month of the previous year and reached 112,173. The provinces with the highest number of house sales were İstanbul with 18,912, Ankara with 10,158, and İzmir with 6,634, while the provinces with the lowest numbers were Ardahan with 39, Bayburt with 62, and Tunceli with 80.
