Development of the real estate sector in Turkey - November 2025 short

In Türkiye, a total of 141,100 houses were sold in November 2025 — a decrease of 7.8% compared to the same month of the previous year.

The provinces with the highest number of house sales were İstanbul with 24,234, Ankara with 12,706, and İzmir with 8,540.
The provinces with the lowest numbers were Ardahan with 78, Bayburt with 131, and Artvin with 152.
