Job Description for an Operations Supervisor

The major communication channel between our business and current and new clients is Operation Supervisor. Interacting with consumers over the phone, in person, via email, and/or on social media is one of the tasks. Supervisors must conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism and represent the company in the best way possible during all of these contacts. Every interaction has an impact on the business's bottom line, whether positively or negatively.

The main responsibilities and duties of an operation supervisor are as follows:

  • Making initial contact with clients.
  • Quickly managing incoming and outgoing consumer calls.
  • Identifying the needs and desires of clients, doing your best to make information clear.
  • Addressing grievances, offering suitable solutions and alternatives.
  • Contact clients by phone, email, and social media to confirm account details.
  • Offering guidance on corporate data.
  • Using CRM to distribute, log, and track queries as well as to track items that need follow-up or the engagement of sales representatives.
  • Monitoring and analysis.
  • Using CRM to create new customer accounts as leads.
  • Managing our websites' live chat.

Background needed to be an operation supervisor:

  • Proficient knowledge of one of the following languages in addition to English: Swedish, Dutch, French, German, or Persian.
  • Fluency in a foreign language (for one of the languages above).
  • Knowledge of CRM technology.
  • Effective verbal and telephone communication abilities.
  • Effective coordination, communication, and execution abilities.
  • Intensified effort, a strong sense of accountability, and the guts to take on problems.
  • Work diligently and to the highest standards possible.
  • Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Knowledge of the trends and modifications in the real estate market.
  • The capacity to multitask, prioritize, and efficiently manage time.
  • Between the ages of 22 and 35; excellent listener; team player.

Hours of Work (+2 GMT)

Monday through Friday, 09:30 to 18:00
Saturday, 09:30 - 15:00
